Greets,
Getting this error after filling up the tank and was wondering about something mentioned in the service manual. It says to check for a loose, missing or damaged service port schrader valve. Can anyone tell me just where this is located? Or maybe a picture or diagram? Can't find anying in the book other than to check it. Yes I know its probably the cap but still curious as to what this other thing is.

What year, what car ? On my '04 its on the firewall near the brake booster, it's a hose with a green cap on it.
Hmmm sorry about that, used to say it in my avatar. Anyways 2003 DTS and I'm thinking maybe they are talking about the valve on the fuel rail/line on top of the engine?

I added your car to your profile username banner.

No, they are not talking about the fuel pressure test port, black cap, on the fuel rail. That has nothing to do with EVAP.

The EVAP test port is as posted - near the brake booster drum, green cap.

That's my 2002.5 STS and that's a Japanese Export STS strut brace. Hard to find now.

IF - and only if - you drive the car to its maximum capability will you notice any handling difference.

Sub, assuming that's your personal STS I notice a strut brace. Was that standard or did you add it? Added one to a
Byrdman, they are not hard to make. Here's how I did mine.

He's talking about a strut brace - between the strut towers. The black bar with end fittings. 15mm bolts, 33 lb/ft of torque.
