Need more data to analyze.

The ISC (Idle Speed Control) error P030 controls the idle speed any time the throttle position switch is closed.

What other codes, if any, are set?

What is your idle speed?

If it does not display again it was just an intermittent and don't worry about it.

the first thing i'd check for is a vacume leak..this seems to be the most likly cause..if you have a high idle, over 1000 rpm and the computer can't correct it, then this is what i'd look for. also where there any other codes set or just this one..
heres some info on how it works..

Circuit Description

The PCM controls idle RPM by increasing or decreasing the throttle opening using the Idle speed controler. The ISC motor will control engine RPM any time the tps is closed. Code P030 sets because the actual RPM never reaches desired RPM signifying a slow or failed ISC motor.
:bouncy:
hope this helps...
