Wondering if I might have a sensor going bad as this one keeps popping up on me. Per the code, this would be the O2 sensor on the driver side, just ahead of where the cat used to be.

I'm trying to look up the replacement part, but I'm having trouble determining which sensor is S1/S2:

As you mentioned, DTC P0151 is for B2S1, so that's the driver's side, primary (front) oxygen sensor. Any dealership can confirm which part number is correct for you.

You'd like to think so but my dealership, Valley Cadillac in Rochester, NY, won't disclose part numbers to me, apparently thinking (correctly) that I might not buy from them.

12634062 shows as the upstream / pre cat sensor on both bank 1 and bank 2.

12634064 shows as the downstream / post cat sensor for both bank 1 and bank 2.
