P 0300 - 2001 Deville

This morning i got this on my 2001 deville it was cold outside about 15 deg. And fuel tank was almost empty.. could i be getting this due to water in my lines? Or is this a larger issue?

............. and these cars do not like running or sitting with empty fuel tanks. That is one of the WORST things you can do to a car, especially in fall/winter/spring with condensation and temperature swings.

As it is, Seafoam or your preferred brand is your friend!
I work behind the parts counter at a local Western Auto, part time. While I would NEVER run Seafoam in a blown up Briggs & Stratton lawnmower we try to sell tons of the stuff to the local ricer drivers. (Google "spiff")

Gasoline myths abound, and "bad gas" from a high volume spot-market dealer is one of them. Google "chevron techron" and "top tier gasoline" to do some study on fuels and additives.
