So I went to a guy in the irvine auto mall area to have the DMH performance cutouts insatlled. Per the manufacturer, it's a 45-1 hour install. These are the ones that you weld directly to the pipes and simply run the wire through the tunnel and up into the shifter boot. DMH says it only requires 1 hour max to install. This shop wanted to charge me $450 to install these. DMH says they charge $75. Does anybody know of a decent shop in orange county to install these that isnt retarded?

Should have them do the welding and ask him who to take it to to run the wire.

You can drive it without the wire for awhile.
I did ask him and he didnt know. My problem is I live in a gated community and have straight pipe on the Viper. It doesnt go over well with the neighbors, and I only drive the Viper on the weeknds. F'n pukes! FYI- The house is up for sale for this reason alone!:bomb: :hitstick: :gun2:
