Optima Red Or Yellow?

Im due for a new battery should i go for the
Optima Red Top RT F 4.2
50 Ah
BCI 78

or

Optima Yellow Top YT U 4.2
55 Ah
BCI D34/78

im not sure if the yellow top fits a seville sts 1997? cuz it got top terminals.
the red one does not have the top terminals

I always use yellow tops because they are suited for heavy electrical use. The yellow top should fit under tha hood but if it doesnt you can just return it and get a red top.
