I was able to pair my blue tooth phone at the dealer upon delivery by hitting the phone button -> hands free -> blue tooth -> pair. Went pretty easy. When trying to pair my wife's phone after activating Onstar, it does not work?? The manual says for Navigation systems, hit the phone button, -> Hands free -> blue tooth -> pair. Whenever I say Hands Free, it comes back with Directory. I have no blue tooth option. My phone is fine, but I cannot access the blue tooth settings any longer to pair my wife's phone? One difference is that the manual says it should come back with "Ready", while mine comes back with "Onstar Ready". Anybody else have issues with pairing blue tooth devices? Thanks.

Which phone button are you pushing?
Push and hold the talk/mute button (right most) on the steering wheel for 2 seconds until the LCD screen yellow outline comes on.

I love this forum. You've nailed it. I was hitting the phone button on the rear view mirror. Hitting the phone/mute button on the steering wheel did the trick. Thanks much!
