2016 XTS Premium
So I get a mailing from Onstar that my account has been deactivated. I figured what it was and sure enough it was for the CTS I traded in for my 12 Coupe. Given we connect to Onstar before leaving the dealership to get setup and to let them know your previous account/car was traded, you would think you wouldnt get this deactivation notice almost 8 months later. Sure sounds like an easy problem to fix and you wonder why this happens. Similar mailings from Sirius as well everytime you switch radios or cars. Got to be a better way to manage customers information.
