Hi all I was about to start another service ride control thread but before I did that I was checking fuses and relay for the compressor that all checked out. Then I noticed my headlights won’t shut off thinking it has to do with a fuse or something. Also when I tried my high beams they didn’t work I guess because the low beams won’t shut off. I’d appreciate any info for any of the problems I’m having. Also I scanned the truck no codes

Probably an issue with a ground somewhere. What happens if you remove the headlight switch?

Are taking about the one in the car in the dash I haven’t pulled that out but if it’ll help to know what happens though will and report back

Yes, I was referring to removing the headlight switch in the lower left of the dash (with settings of off, auto, parking lights, on).

Just an update so I went out to the truck and planned on taking out the switch that was suggested and when I reconnected the negative battery terminal that I disconnected so not to kill my battery now the headlights are functioning as normal. But I did notice that the wheel on said switch that controls the interior lights dimmer is not working. So I’m gonna replace the switch and hope I don’t run into that problem again.
