so on the Z51 corvettes you get oil and tranny coolers, i got to thinking on 2006's i would imagine this would become a simple bolton unlike on the LS1/ LS6 where it was more of an after thought and a gm performance parts accessory (meaning a potential warranty voided out kind of deal). maybe lindsay could eloborate but i wonder how easy it would be to put in (mainly the oil cooler as that would be my main concern). anyone know of someone converting a non Z51 LS2 and adding an oil cooler etc...

On the Z51 C6 everthing is cooled thru 1 radiator... the radiator is a 'tri core' radiator in that it has three cores each designated for cooling the engine, engine oil and then the tranny fluid... i doubt this radiator would fit the V.

Also, the tranny cooler runs off a gear on the tranny... the V does not have the C6 tranny.

You dont need oil coolers unless you're road racing your car...
