do these years have a factory mic installed ? there is a little black "beetle" looking thing attached to the roof center console, drivers
side....looks aftermarket as interior is beige.

the factory nav headunit has a green square plug in rear, unused now, is that the mic wire ??

The black "beetle" looking thing is the onstar mic

The green square plug is the GPS antenna for the navigation feature of the radio(it is useless without it)
