So it rained yesterday, noooo it POURED yesterday after i got off work.

So i hop in the car this morning, take off and take a right turn and water falls on me. I slide the sunroof cover back and checked all around but it wasn't wet. Took another corner and found where it was coming from.

First off how do i remove that cover, Does it just pop off? I tugged at it a little but it didn't seem to want to move. Secondly any idea how or why water accumulated in there?

One of the four sunroof drains couldn't keep up with the amount of rain you had. Open the roof and find the two front drain holes at each of the front corners. Get some .080 weed wacker line and try to clear the drains. I had the same problem recently, but my drain tube was stuck together with mud and crap at the exit in the wheel well. To get to it on my car I had the pull the front wheel and fender liner.
