-I'm not sure if this is the stock part to the car but under the license plate is a paper/plastic type board. I'm wondering what this is called/made of etc.

-Along the bumber is black plastic mold with a white strip of, what looks like the same material as above^. I'm wondering how to remove this plastic mold, there are no indecations of screws from the outside or from the inside of the bumper. I'm wondering how this black plastic mold can be removed, and what the white strip is made of.

*Im looking to repaint the black plastic mold and replace the plastic/paper type molding.

To remove both of these parts you will, more than likely, have to take off the rear bumper. The 'paper/plastic board' under the license plate is made of some sort of plastic material, and it should be painted the same color as the car. The 'black plastic mold' is the 5 mph impact strip (I believe this is the technical name for it). And if your car is an 86-89 Brougham this stip should be a greyish color, 80-85 is the black w/ white strip in the middle.
