O2 sensor or ECM

Error codes: C1287H, U1000H, B2356C, P0153C, P0157C, P0161C P0160C
I've replaced one 02 sensor previously, but just a week ago my CEL came on again. I've cleared the codes, but these are the ones that keep popping up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh and it's an 2003 3.2L.
