2005 CTS-V 1,917 miles!

The person who owned it was a car collector in WI (car collector 20+ cars). Traded it in for 2 new 2009 CTS-V for he and his wife.

Test drove a different 2005 CTS-V at a "Stealership" in Waukesha, WI that had 29,600 miles.

I bought the 2005 CTS-V with 1,917 miles for $3,500 cheaper than the one with 29,600 miles.

Too good to be true, I'll let you know!! The only issue I have driving the car home today was a bad shimmey. For a car to sit almost 4.3 years with no winters and little usage, I'm assuming the shimmey will go away once the flat spots on the tires are worn off:cool2:!

I'm a previous BMW owner of an M5, M3, 740i Sport, 325IX, 633CSI and a
318IS.

I AM NOW A PROUD, CTS-V OWNER, WHAT AN AMAZING CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will buy an new model V sometime in the future, but I will play with my new/used 2005 for a while!!!

So since your gonna drive the crap out of it and run up the miles, might as well mod it

Was that the one at Bergstrom of Neenah? I saw it on Beepbeep.com probably 3-4 months ago and they were asking around $32-$33K or something like that. I called on it a while back, but they didn't seem interested in dealing on it at all so I let it be. The only other thing that concerned me was that it didn't have much of a warranty left and with that low of miles, it's barely been broken in. I kind of forgot about it until now. Good find if they dropped the price quite a bit. Congrats. I'm still looking for "my car".

i would say get boost, dss axles and a tune to remove the cags and you are set power wise.

or drop in a worked ls7 with the axles and the tune.

Nice find!

There was a 2004 black/black on Ebay not too long ago with less than 100 miles from a car collection.

When I was looking for mine in March some dealers still had new '07s on Autotrader.com and Cars.com...but wanted close to $40k for them.

I was lucky too......bought mine from a former member on here. 2005 with 4542 miles.

I've had it 15 months and it now has 16,500 miles on it! LOVE IT!

WOW! That means they wanted $32000 for an 05 with 29,600 miles? I don't see them getting it but hope they do, and these quit depreciating so fast.
