Not about Esclade but looking for info on rust..

i was checking out this car that im thinking of getting.. the only thing is on the wheel well/fender there is a patch of rust.. the guy claims it looks bad but really isnt.. just wondering if anyone can tell by the pic how easy or hard this is going ot be to repair if anyone is familiar with this kind of stuff... thanks

It looks bad, but without seeing it in person it's tough to tell, I am sure a body shop could repair it, probably be better to replace it. :)
