My guess is he trusts this site and would appreciate a personal reference from a member or members here with experience specific to his location. What an anonymous random internet poster considers "good" and what I would consider "good" aren't necessarily always the same thing.

Quite a few members have had good results at a fair price with Joe at Midwest Cadillac Repair in the next state over (Illinois) if you can get your car there.

The guy that did mine, is in Chicago. He works at a dealer, but also does work on the side. Very very nice guy, and very good. His name is Anthony. If you can get your car to the chicago area, give him a hollar. Let me see if I can find his email for you.
