Last Saturday while pulling into my parents driveway(RIGHT HAND TURN) My right rear tire felt like it was binding up and my STABILITY Control enabled screen came up on my screen.. Then today I'm parking and the ABS kicked in almost making me hit the CAR in front of me and the SERVICE STABILITY CONTROL screen came on..Please let me know if you have any ideas...

Sounds like a SWPS to me.

Take it in, connect TECH II and look at the sensor as you turn the wheel and bang on the column.

The readings shouldn't jump around.

If you're under warranty, take it to a Dealer. If not, follow Heavy's advice to check the steering position sensor with a techII. The stability system consists of the SWP sensor, wheel speed sensors and yaw sensors. It's one of the three.

It's not a lemon until it isn't fixed by a dealer after the third try. sounds like you haven't even tried once. Think before you post.

Not on my V, but on my CTS, if I am backing the car up with full steering lock to the left only, I can feel binding somewhere. I am not worried about it because it is only in reverse at full lock. Maybe this info applies to your situation somehow.
