Put gas in it...
LMFAO  :yeah:

In case you already tried that, I would also add: never allow your wife to drive your Lade again after you replace the sending unit she burned up. ;)

ETA: reading is fundamental. If it won't turn over you may try jumping it. :D

Put gas in it .Still nothing.

Checked the fuse under the hood.

It blew the 20 amp pcm fuse from cranking to much.

She an't driven this no more. Gettn a bus pass for here.

Define "won't turn over".
To me that means the engine will not crank when you turn the key.
"Cranks but will not run" means the engine turns over but won't start.
Is this vehicle running now?
You can't blow a fuse by "cranking too much".

Running the pump (by cranking) when you know it has no gas, is not really good for the pump, but there is probably enough fuel in there to keep it lubricated for a few tries.
Was this "won't turn over" after the gas was added?

Maybe she didn't run it out of gas? Maybe the fuse blew and wouldn't allow the truck to start?
The PCM fuse afterall powers up the PCM which controls the ignition system and fuel pump.
It may blow again if that is the case.
