So I recently bought a CPO 2016 CTS V. I have a Samsung S10+ which is to big to fit behind the console panel nor doe my phone charge on that wireless pad( which is useless). I didnt want things suctioned cup to the dash or windshield that just not classy enough. So I went with Ram Mount X Grip which works well on my motorcycle. Also looks really cool. Mounted that on Rams 18" aluminum bendable post. This is mounted to the passenger seat bracket bolt so no drilling.

Amazon link to X Mount for the phone: RAM X-Grip Universal Phone Holder with Ball https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0055PH0XA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_S73bEbN6JSHA4

Total cost $54.00

I have yet to find a manufacture of automobiles that has a decent spot to store your phone. Especially the phones of 2019,2020. They are typically larger so car companies need to find a better spot

They definitely aren’t catering to the phablet sized phones yet but regular sized phones are generally no problem.
But I really like that Ram Mount!! I haven’t seen that one before.

No they dont which is frustrating you could lay it in your cup holder but then you loose a cup holder and it flops all around. Drivers door pocket but I generally keep a flashlight their. I have a ram 2018 and theirs a spot designed for your cell phone which is awesome.

A few months ago, there was a thread where the OP had her iPhone slip inside the slot at the end and get lost inside.

OMG that sucks!!!!..

On a different note I recently struggled to get my factory installed Perfomance date to work. At the end it was just purchasing the right SD Card I tried other cards but none worked. Finally ordered one from amazon for only $ 7.55 and wala !!!! Success
Link to the correct SD card also this card allows for like 790 minutes of recording

You can use almost any large SD card but you need to use one of the free online tools to reformat to Fat32. I'm currently using either a 128gb or 256gb SD card from Costco and get over 3,000 minutes of recording time from the PDR.

I have a Galaxy S10+ as well and up until 2 weeks ago an old iPhone 8s as well. Could fit both with cables in the center arm rest but it would only work with a little diligence. Now down to just the S10+ and it's no problem popping it into the center arm rest with the cable connection there.

The new 2020 CT5 has a big phablet sized wireless charger. Things are looking up for the big phone owners!
