I was on Cadillac's site today building the car I would like to have, a 2.0L Std with CUE. It appears that you cannot get Nav. with CUE on the STD. 2.0L, question I would like to ask GM is why. If you build a 2.5L or 2.0L Luxury model Nav. is a $1295 option and if you step a little higher to a 2.0L performance Nav. is only a $795 option.

There is no logical reason that Nav. is not a option with CUE on the Std. 2.0, it just software and a GPS chip. Yes I know that I could just buy a Garmin but have to screen when just one could do the job.

Because they want you to step up to a higher model....a base model is just that; bare bones......how could they interest you into moving up model wise if you could get any or all of the same features on a base model?
