hi I just bought this great 09 cts and I am in love after having 02, 10 second corvette, 2, 06 vipers which I hated and a great 06 z06, great car, sold all of them ended up with 01 jeep gr ch limited with 4.7 engine that heavy jeep moved and now 09 cts sfi dohc 24 valve black beauty will post pics when I finish wheels and stuff, was wondering if anyone added nitrous as im a nitrous fan ,had direct injection on 02 vtte, nitrous and propane on viper and now I think this beauty can handle a 150 wet shot w/tune, I live close to vette doctors and probably have them tune ahd install. any comments thank in advance.:yup::yup::yup:

Highest HP (stock) Cadillac is the V3 with 640.

I think all Cadillacs should go fast!

That is indeed pretty good.

All I am saying is that there might have been better choices to bolt NOS onto.

Before bolting on anything for HP, you might want to ensure the bottom end of the motor is going to hold up to the increased HP, and the drivetrain will hold up to the increased HP.

You don't want to become a member of the DOTC club. For those unfamiliar, that's the Driving Over The Crank Club. It's a real [email protected]#% when the crank comes out in 2 pieces. Can't quite put that one back in.

I think this is what you are looking for you can look on the camaro5 forum for lots of ideas as the camaro has the same engine as us i was deciding on nitrous too but decided to save for a supercharger from kpe instead.

i went there and found a guy named tmeness2 that runs 2 stage at 12.55 110 mph not to shabby.

Tmenees2 on camaro forum is me. 12.5 was when I first put everything on the car. It slowly got faster and faster as I made changes to it. It went 12.2 on 255 street tires. Put drag radials on and ran 11.63. It was definitely not easy. It fought every step of the way but it finally did it. I pulled everything out a couple months ago to trade it for a cts-v. I'm a V8 guy. I can't do the V6 anymore lol. Should have the cts-v soon

Very nice! Who says a V-6 can't be fast?! Really like the run with the 5.0.
