I can not get a Cadillac dealer to service my night vision camera. My local Chevy dealer replaced the camera but it will not relearn or communicate with the car. Cadillac dealer say they do not have the equipment. The car is still under warranty. 2021 XT6 sport. Any help please Thx

GM has a tool loan program where dealers, with a subscription of $550.00 a year, can borrow this and many other service tools.
Either your dealer is unaware of the program or is unwilling to spend the money.
The dealer, or an independent shop could purchase this tool
