I am new to this forum.
I am in the market looking to purchase an Escalade Platinum Edition.
What are differences in the Platinum Editions from year 2008 thru 2013?
Any recommendations I can get is great.

The 2013-2014 had a premium with platinum effects. Platinum black grille, dual exhaust and smoked tail lights.

I didn't realize you could get a platinum effects option...

The Platinum debuted in 2009, not 2008. It stayed relatively the same throughout the years, except for 2012, that's when you could get the dual exhaust option which looks amazing.
