Pretty big difference and I'm quite pleased. It even slides better since the old one was all rusted in the back. My only complaint was the body shop somehow knocked off my wreath which I had to glue on when I got home. :rant2: They're lucky it didn't fall off on my way home. Anyway here's the shots. Only cost me $10.

If it fell off it was proably going to come off anyway. Have fun with the nicer looking Cadillac symbol wile you can. It doesn't take too long for the red to fade:ill: The new one looks a lot better tho!

The new key cover looks good DopeStar. It makes a huge difference when you get a new one. When I replaced the one on my 85 FWB I thought the car was new.

Yeah it looks pretty good. They must have bumped the wreath because it wasn't lose when I touched it bfore I gave the guy at the shop the keys. When I got home I noticed it was crooked and hanging off a corner of the crest. Some idiot knocked it loose somehow. Anyway it's secured, super glued and it's not going anywhere. I have spares if I lose it, like 5 of those wreaths in my room.

WHere did you pick that up? Mine is kinda crappy, along with the ones on my roof.

Though i have a brand new hood ornament mounted on it..... Looks good.

Ebay, your one stop shop for brandy new emblems. I got the trunk emblem off ebay. When I had my vinyl top replaced the upholstry shop had two new Caddy crests so he replaced my old ones with those. My hood orniment is still in good shape so I'll leave it. The red has started to become a little pink but it's not bad. When I have some extra money I'll get a new hoodie and maybe keep it tucked away until the one I have gets really bad. I was thinking of going gold with the car and getting an entire gold package. My upholstry guy said he could get me a gold package for cheap. I've been kicking the idea around for about a year now....
