I had the fluid flush done on the original TSB and it fixed the shudder issue. I brought it back to the dealership for the new TSB and they are going to flush and refill with the newer Mobile 1 HP fluid next week.

My service manager told me when they did my first TSB (175) they thought they used the correct fluid that is in the current TSB (355). When he compared them they are both the same name (Mobil 1 Synthetic LV ATF HP) however on further inspection the part numbers are different. He researched the part numbers and found the newer part number is not the same fluid even though it has same name. It's a different formulation. He even brought the older formulation out to show me.New blue label bottle:
If you take your car into the dealership advise them of this because they may have some of the older fluid around and by name it's correct. They need to verify the part number.
