I just got a 2007 CTS-V in June. I would like to find a dyno/tune shop in the Spokane, Wa. area. There is a shop where I live but he's a truck guy, never heard of CTS-V. No mods yet except CAGS eliminator. I want to get more power but don't want any warranty hassles.

A forum member here named Rick (screen name StealthV) offers a mail-order tune option. You send your PCM, he tunes it and sends it back. The whole process works great, and his tune is excellent. He owns a CTS-V and has A LOT of research and time invested in his tune, and is a great guy to deal with. I have his tune with just about every bolt-on mod you can get, and the car runs flawlessly. His web site is www.stealthv.com

A dyno tune is the best way to get, as long as the tuner knows what he is doing. If I wasn't positive about the tuner, I'd go with the Stealth tune.

Yup. Go with StealthV. Rick is incredibly customer oriented, and it will be money very well spent.
