Hello Everyone,

I'm new to Cadillac. We just bought a 2011 SRX, but after looking into some interior light mods on this forum, I realized we don't have a lot of the features. Anyway, I'm looking for guides on how to add a backup camera and change the screen from the tiny display to a larger one. Can anyone enlighten me on my options going forward?

I'm new to car mods as well so if you have any advice, I would be obliged.

Welcome to the forum.
I might start with reading up on the 2011 model year. Then decide if you want to put more money into the car via mods and such. Many known issues with that car can be expensive.
If you get a couple years of trouble free use and decide you like the car you may wish to trade it in for a later model and count your blessings.
That said, plenty of happy 2011 owners out there but the 2010 to 12 model years have had more than their share of issues.
