New wheels and skins?

I have a white diamond 14' CTS performance coupe with the summer 19" conti's. Thinking about getting a set 20" Lexi R 12 rims (9 on the front and 10.5 on the rear) mounted on Michelins 255 35 20 and 285 35 20's on the back. Anyone running this set up on a completely stock car? Will the 9's as opposed to the stock 8.5's stick out to much? Kinda nice to hear from someone before i spend the money. Thanks (PICS ????)
