Have a 2012 Coupe that just past 29K miles, which the dealers has now decide to change my SC. I had engine light issues and they replaced 1 of the pressure sensors prior to their decision to change SC. Does anyone have any recent experience to know if it still has an isolator issue? My V is an automatic.

Does the new SC have a solid isolator or is it the same crapy design? If it does, I was going to pickup a Metco solid isolator and see if I could get the mechanic to install it on the new one

Is the current SC making noise or causing problems? If not tell them to leave it alone. The replacements are even worse. Ton of complaints on here.

Had my SC changed on my 2012 V Sedan with 21k on the odometer, Quite as a church mouse no except the injectors doing their ticking noise.
