How are you getting the exact status code? When I started a chat they connected me to a live agent who said they can't provide the exact code but will send me an email. Later in the day I received an email with the description.
Call the sales person you bought it from. They can give you an answer right away.

They are not removing heated seats from Escalades, but they are on Tahoe's and Yukon's along with a whole bunch of other GM vehicles. My only point was that if they are down to removing this very standard option on vehicles, getting SC is still likely far away. Hope I'm wrong for those of you holding out for a miracle.
I do not see Tahoe and Yukon with the heated seat removal.

That's great! Just for reference I've been at 4000 for a month and the dealer told me it takes a only week or so from then...still waiting. They can use VINVIEW though and it gives real time information as to the GPS location of the vehicle. So yours must be have left already and that's why they gave you the heads up since they can see if the train has truly "left the station" lol. Enjoy the new ride!
4000 for a month? I have seen one (MY22 Luxury) in Midlothian TX since Oct 22.
