Hi all,

New member here. I was at the SEMA show earlier this month and noticed there were two different versions of fender flares on select V coupes on display at the show. The more extensive version was entirely new rear fenders. I am not interested in doing that.

The other version was fender flares added to the rear stock fenders that look almost like the black series CLK mercedes. I took some pictures but don't have them handy but I really, really liked them. It allowed for a very aggressive rear tire combination and since I am going to be upgrading my wheels and tires I need to do this at the same time.

If anybody knows who sells the V coupe rear fender flares that are bolt on I would appreciate knowing where they can be bought.

Love the car and looking forward to sharing photos and information as time goes on.

The D3 cars had the full wide body fenders. I don't want that instead I only wanted the bolt on flares.

I'd take those pics and find a great body shop to do the work. We had a d00d do that on his V1 and was running custom rims.


BTW, how extreme are you going? You should be able to get some 11" rims and 315 tires back there...

I attached the photos here but don't have any information on where to go to find out about those wide body fender flares. The boldness of these flares turns the coupe up a couple notches and I love it.

I have searched for weeks for anything on this car and found nothing. I even looked thru all the sema pictures on their web site with no luck.

They could be, but you'd think that someone would want to take credit for some really nice work.

The quality of work there is seamless, best of luck tracking down the parts. It looks like they were molded on, from my experience that is a lot of labor but beautiful when done right.

I did a quickie and found a lot of different style fenders flares.
