Hub cap removal

I have a 1984 Biaritz Cadillac convertible, vin #1G6AL6789EE671707. The car has wire wheels. Is there a specific tool to remove the main wheel cover after removing the Cadillac emblem hub cap? It looks like a anti-thief lug nut. I need to know this asap. Thank you very much. Dale

Hey Dale - Welcome to the CadillacForums. I sent a copy of this over to the Seville/Eldorado Section (the Biarritz *is* an Eldo, isn't it?)...here's a link.
