Hi,

I just picked up a 2006 Light Platinum CTS-V yesterday with 5400 miles on it. Still totally stock but I am already scheming ideas. I also have a '98 Pewter C5 Corvette Coupe, 6sp, Z51, active handling which I bought in '99. I live in the northern 'burbs of Chicago so any advice on winter tires would be handy.

Welcome.

Your gonna get to know your UPS driver by their first name.......
:welcome:

It's like xmas everytime a package shows up. Maybe not for HeavyMetals and his wheels but it still is for me.

Enjoy the V, it is a blast to drive and there are some great people on this forum to help you with the MOd's if required.

Good luck and have fun!

I drove my V through 1 winter (Never again though) on Bridgestone Blizzak LM22s. Great tires, car handled great.
