Hello to all. Glad to be apart of this sites registered users. I will be owning (hopefully) a 1974 Fleetwood Bro. 71,389 miles mint interior and great exterior. It needs extentions, and it has a 472 eng. I also found a 1987 Allante' in 2004 sitting in the weeds with a bad case of wasps for $500.00.
And it just needed a timing chain ( or belt I can't remember ) kit. I ended up selling it for a sweet profit. I haven't delt with a non-fuel injected car in ages
but, I still have all my old books and magazines, oh and she's black on black.
Good motoring to all.

Wow, sounds like you're getting a hell of a sweet car. Black/Black '74 Brougham....Elvis's dream ride.

Thanks everyone for the welcome.

Yeah Dirt Cheap Fleet., what was a 60,000+ car abandoned like that, for shame but, the better for us. She was sold to a guy who had a collection of them but didn't have an 87.

Welcome! I love those old Fleetwoods, they are so comfortable and smooth and dignified, just what a car ought to be. Pity they don't make them anymore. Looking forward to pics!
