You *should* be able to see attachments - the problem is on your end (there is no restriction from here preventing you from viewing them). Are you running a software firewall, security program, or ad blocking program? Does disabling (turning off) the program allow you to see the attachments? If so, I'd guess the settings on it need to be tweaked for this site. Try unblocking pop/ups first, then banner ads, then 3rd party cookies, then private headers.
