Hey guys and gals-

After having read this forum exhaustively now for a few months, I finally broke down and purchased an '04 CTS V platinum/black with 900 miles on the odo. I purchased it from a dealer in southern WI for $38,250, as some of you like to know that guys are paying. Anyway, I really enjoy reading the forum!

Thanks. It was on Autotrader.com for about a week. I was surprised no one picked it up before I did and the dealer implied (after I signed the papers!) that there hadn't been many people asking about it. I got lucky I guess.

:bonkers: What a deal !!! And, welcome, by the way. You did the right thing by reading this forum for a good period of time. You must have realized that even though you read a lot of gripes, people just love this car. With the wheel hop basically fixable for free at the dealer, an aftermarket shifter installed, and a StealthV !CAGS eliminator, the V becomes nearly perfect for under $250!!!!!!!! And, say, I've got over 10k on my OEM tires, and there's lots of tread left ... it all depends upon how you drive it. Me, I drive it like an old fart :farting: most of the time, and I've always wanted to use that farting icon.

So you didnt get it Cadillac Preowned then did you?
No, I didn't. I'm going to get a 7/100K warranty either through a Cadillac dealer depending on the price (I'm going to contact the supporting dealerships that I see on this forum) or through an aftermarket company.

Do you suggest that I get it Cadillac Preowned?
