So glad to be back in the V family! Since selling my ATS-V 5 years back and my CTS-V3 2.5 years ago, I've been itching... Luckily, my wife felt my pain and traded off her escalade for a '22 CT4-V Blackwing 6sp in Satin Steel Metallic. I haven't been behind the wheel except for a brief trip back from the dealer but I can say it feels quite a bit better dynamically, shifter, and clutch wise than I remember the ATS-V being (and it was damn near perfection bac in 2016/17.

Anyhoo, glad to be back and looking forward to hearing from all of the other CT4-V Blackwing owners and enthusiasts.

Great question. We lucked into this one as it had just arrived at our dealer 2 days before we purchased it. It does appear that more on being made as the sales manager told me he has 4 more 6sp manual CT4-V Blackwings on the way. What is your sales rep saying? Do you have an order # and status code yet or are you waiting on the '23 order banks to open? If that's the case it might be a bit.

The rep said it will be a 2023 model I do have a build number, but no Vin. Not sure how much longer the wait is

Not a GM product, but from my experience w/my F250 Lariat Tremor order, once I received the VIN it took almost exactly 2 months for my truck to be built and delivered to my dealer. Expecting GM is in a similar situation assuming there is not a shortage on a particular chip or parts (head there was a potential issue a/carbon fiber/clear for the CF?, could be wrong).
