This was posted on the ATS site (yes I have been peeking) notice the °Two-stage PCV system – This revolutionary system maintains low oil
consumption. If features a pre-separator between the block and the engine’s rear cover and a high-efficiency separator in the center of
the block’s “V.”

If GM never deleted the PCV system in the first place they wouldn't of ever have this problem.
