I ordered my tires about two days ago and I got them in this morning, I was jumping up and down because my supercar tires are worse than slicks.
I took them out and did a little bit of drifting and quick 360 burnouts and after covering the parking lot with smoke so bad I couldn't see a couple of times I stopped and saw the belts showing so naturaly I stopped.
ANYHOW
The new tires are on 275 40 18 on the rear, SWEET tires. They grip amazingly and corner incredibly. The roads are wet here in miami but the only good start I got I noticed better grip but more hop, I believe the tires are over inflated, they where at 38 cold so I dropped them to around 4 psi.
THE GOOD NEWS ARE THAT 275 pirelli fit perfect in the rear.:lildevil:

Are you saying those Perrelli's have better traction than the stock F1's?

If so WOW.

I went to the GSD3's, and they are no where near as 'sticky' as the stockers.

I really miss the F1 EMT's (except the hellacious wear, and the paranoia about rim damamge on replacement). I actually liked their stiffness, and didn't mind the noise. I also had a flat, and the EMT let me get home.

these are the specs starting with pirelli then gsd3 and then supercars

actually its too much writing but the pirelli have treadwear 140 the gsd3 220 and the supercars 220
The pirelli is a very sticky tire, and plus i have 275 instead of 245 which makes a slight difference.
I really recommend these tires though expensive they handle amazing and are excellent in the rain. The downfall is that they will probably last me less than the supercars.
