99 Eldorado ETC Black on Black, every option. 130k miles. Its my cousins car, who bought it in 00. Was hit on the pass side, and is getting a cheap fix, detail, then traded in. Wil need a headgasket soon too. My cousin first liked it, then (now) hates it, from givein gher loads of trouble. Anyone got a rough estimate on a trade in value? Private party i know she will get dirt for it, so it need to be traded, and dumped.

1999 Eldorado with 130K miles with sunroof, premium wheels, carriage top, in fair condition (no major mechanical or body damage) has a wholesale value of $5,540.

The car as posted is NOT worth the above figure to a dealer.

If you can stop the white smoke, it may be worth $5K on an up-trade.

get some gasket treatment stuff dump it in run it though it should stop the white smoke for awhile then dump it that would be your best bet but if the dealer knows the gaskets gonna go youll prob get round 1500 for one with a damage report thats fixed "partially" as you stated and with the head gasket gone

What is gasket treatment stuff?
Car dealers are not stupid!
Appraisers are professional buyers! They happen to work for the dealership that stays in business by making a profit.
I just stated how much the car is NOT worth. And what it could be worth.
Where did you come up with $1500...your pillow?

...... Still typing out gibber gabber. I'm not busting on you so don't worry. You have to use some periods and caps. once in a while so we know where your sentences end. It's like a continuous thought going, try it, it'll look better and sound better too. As far as stuff to use in your engine 1990CaddyBroughman , try out some Steel Seal. They have a website, it's "supposed" to be the best crack and leak sealer. It's $80 a bottle I think, I think it would be worth it, I was going o use it once beacause my 99 SLS had bad head gaskets. Luckily, I was able to get Cadillac to pay for the whole repair minus a $500 deductible that I had to pay. Good luck.
