The EBCM uses G110, it is located on the transmission bellhousing fairly close to the BPMV (ABS unit).
See the attached image.

The PCM grounds tie to G106.

In the picture, the grounds are labeled 2 for G110 and 3 for G106.
Didn't they just do some trans work to your car?
I bet they didn't put the grounds back on right.

they had the balls to say that those lights are coming on because i beat my car, idiot lights dont randomly come on due to beating they come on because theres a problem
yeah they did just do tranny work on my car, they replaced the detent (not sure the name) bar as well as adjusted the shift linkage several times

randomly the abs light comes on then the brake and t/c light come on, the abs and brake go away but the t/c light stays until i shut the car off.
i was assuming the grounds were screwed up and thats why its so random and intermittent?
any clue based on those codes Ewill?
thanks!

I would agree that you probably have ground issues.
They probably didn't tighten one of the grounds properly or the bolts are dirty and they are making a poor connection.
If you never saw those lights before and you see them after their repairs I can almost guarantee that they didn't connect the grounds properly.
Can you get under the car to look at them?
They are easier to see from underneath.
Better to check this with a cold engine.

Get in there with a light. Make sure all the grounds are secure, there are several in there, sometimes they put two on the same bolt.

If you can get the bolts out, take them out and look at them. Sand the bottom part of the heads clean and sand the eyelets on the wires clean too, also the faces of the transmission housing where they tighten down.
Then get them all on, and tighten them really tight.
You should be okay after that.

Then make a nasty call to the service manager :D

I don't think you'll need another guess.
Check those grounds, clear the codes and let me know what happens. ;)

I couldn't watch the video at work.
Do you still have no abs data?
I'd start there.
Is the EBCM plugged in properly?
All those codes that mean anything point to a disconnected or non-functioning EBCM.
Do you know where it is and how to check it?

while the abs and brake light are lit there are no ABS codes
when the abs and brake go away (either by me turning the car off or some times they dissapear after driving for a little bit) there is a whole SLEW more codes that come up as history including 3 abs codes.

You are very funny.
I did not see a trans repair in your service history.
Last week I had a 01 Eldo come in. The last piston job I did. Yeah it came back. Anyway I looked at it two weeks ago for a stalling, but found no stalling problem. It did not start for me several times and found a green connector at the starter relay. This time in the ABS, TCS lights came on. I drove it around to my stall with no problem. I Hooked up the tech II and closed the Door. The ABS/TCS went down (No Comm). Opened and closed the door several time and found it to be 75% relevant. I needed to straighten the car on my rack so I started to move it. I found that it was directly connected to the brake pedal. OK this uses the old style ABS module. I checked the harnesses running from the electrical center down. These cars are a morphidited piece's of crap. Old car new engine just not fun and the car was built poorly. The Water pump cover had been leaking on this car before I did the pistons. The coolant had migrated into the ABS connector and ate up some terminals. In this case the Brake switch voltage was leaking into the class II data line through the moisture in the connector.
10 new terminals and 1 new EBTCM.
We see coolant in the connector from time to time, but never this problem

You need to disconnect the EBCM and look at the connection.
I am very suspicious that they have been in there, but I can't put my finger on it.
The grounds all look okay?

What all did they do to this transmission? Didn't you say they had to do a partial rebuild or something?

What all did they do to this transmission? Didn't you say they had to do a partial rebuild or something?

they told me when i 1st brought it the tranny was toast
a week later they said they finally only got to look at it (i thought they were working on it the whole time) and somehow the tranny was 4 qrts low and the detent bar had been bent (which is why my car would irratically drop the _ indicator as to which gear its in at 1st they said that just the linkage needed adjusted). It still after driving for a period of time will have the _ start flashing on and off only when the cars in D though for some reason.

IDK if it help but the lights seem to come on more commonly when you start the car and put it into R to back out though it does it when you pull out forward of when i back out.

So they didn't pull this trans out?
All they did was replace what parts?

It would sure be nice if you could bring it over and let me look at it.
Sure you don't want to drive 3,000 miles? :D
