need minor stereo help please

Hello, im pretty sure that ive seen this posted before, but i couldnt relocate it so i apologize ahead of time if it was right under my nose. I have my aftermarket stereo installed correctly and it works fine except for the fact that i have to reset the bass, treble, radio presets, etc. every time i turn my car on. isnt there a way to fix this by running a wire from the battery or something? and how is it done. thanks ahead of time.

You need to have the 12V power run to the accessory power. I'm not sure what wires that would be but right now you are running to power that is turned off when the car is off.
