I have a 2010 CTS with Nav.When I shut off the ignition and open the door the NAV screen shut off and lowered. Now it stays up and doesn't shut off when I exit the car... What should I do? I Don't want it to kill the battery. Its sitting in the garage with screen up.

Did you try to turn the radio/NAV off and lower the screen?

I did that but it still has power to it.....

The battery saver feature should automatically turn off the power after 20 minutes.

You could also pull the fuse and get it to the dealership ASAP. I wonder if disconnecting your battery for a few and then reconnecting would 'reset' the radio function...kind of like a computer reboot?

There was a problem similar to this discussed some time ago. It turned out to be a bad driver's door interlock switch. Try leaving your radio playing and turn off the key and open the drivers door. If the radio continues to play then its the drivers door. If the radio goes off as it should, then you are looking a a different problem.
