How do I turn on my air ride suspension on my 2007 Cadillac CTS? I just bought a used one and every time I hit a bump I feel my tires hit under the wheel well.

The CTS doesn't have air ride suspension. The FE3 and FE5 have Nivomat self leveling rear shocks.

My 2007 doesnt have air suspension or self leveling rear shocks. Sounds like a broken shock or spring

Take a look at your suspension components. You could have bad struts or springs. Or both.
