need help trunk latch broke on 97'

well my trunk latch broke (the one welded to the trunk pull down motor)
what years are interchangable? and what they might cost?

im gonna get the whole trunk pulldown motor from a junk yard. what years are interchangable?
i'm guessing 94-99
