hi everyone, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I am now in the middle of changing liftgate actuator on my 05 Escalade. Days ago I found the truck couldn't be lock at rear door (liftgate) so I think that's the actuator problem. I removed the door panel, disconnect wire and cables, and took the actuator module out, now I dont know how to take the black actuator out of the module. Please help me out. Here are some pictures.

Looks like there is three screws on one side that hold it in(looks like they are Allen head screws)

I know how to this module out of the gate, but how to remove the black thing (the acturator) from the gold metal (the module)?

In picture # 2 drill out rivet to the right of push button and twist out.

The red circle appears to be a Torx 15 (T 15) screw that needs to be removed. The green circle also looks like a T 15, but from the angle of the picture I cannot tell if it needs to be removed as well. Out of curiosity where did you purchase the new black box (actuator) at?
