My guess, the owner of that nice ride was in that small Scuba shop at the time you took the picture. Usually, people like that are glad to show you their car and answer all your questions but it looks like you missed a good opportunity.

Wow, you have a great memory if you remembered an 8-1/2 YO photo from a post. What are the odds the company is still making these spoilers?

Thank you! Very helpful I'll go search for one. Very surprised a company that produced the worst front bumper ever for this model made such a nice looking spoiler for it haha.
