Need help finding front license plate holder

Please help, I live in New York State and it's a law that you have to have a front license plate. I'm sure this question has been posted before but I can't find anything about it. I recently purchased a 2014 cts vsport and cannot find a front license holder or bracket

Did you buy from a dealer? Since it's required by law, I'd make it their problem ...

I bought from an out of state dealer that doesn't require a front plate
