When i purchased my 06 cts i didnt notice till i got it home that the center console is missing the plastic lever like button that keeps the top part of it closed. So when i flip up the center console part so i can get to the lower part the top half with all the contents will fly out. Does any one know where i can buy this missing piece or know what i mean with my sloppy desictiption lol. Thanks

i think i know what you are talking about, but i am a little unsure...i am trying to think if in my car if that thing even has a latch on it or not...i know it lifts up, and you can put items in that open area underneath...is there an old latch or what use to be an old latch that looks broken on yours?

Go to a Cadillac dealer and tell them that it's broken and your wife threw away the missing parts with out knowning where they belong. What I am getting at, is that it should still be under warranty. Unless she's over 50,000. The cts, not your wife lol.
